Steps to make Vanilla-Coffee Marble Cake. Loved by kinds very much. You can also sprinkle some choco chips, glitter and frosting cream for more flavor. Sponge type texture… super soft marble cake. You can serve it as a dessert.
DRY INGREDIENTS
- All purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- Coffee
- Sugar
WET INGREDIENTS
- Melted Ghee
- Water
- Vinegar
- Lukewarm Milk
- Vanilla essence
DETAILED RECIPE OF MARBLE CAKE
- Mix 2 pouch of coffee in 1 Tbsp of hot water and keep it aside.

- Now take another bowl and add 1/4 cup sugar in 1 cup lukewarm water and mix it well
- In this bowl add 1tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence and 1 pinch of salt
- Stir well until all the ingredients are mixed
- Now add 1 cup maida (all purpose flour), 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- Mix them well till it become a smooth paste.

- Add half of the batter in the coffee mixture and mix it well

- Grease or add eco bake paper in the cake tin
- Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla and coffee batter one by one

- Take a clean toothpick to create the design
- Once all the steps are complete, Place this cake tin pre heated kadhai for 35-45 minutes
- After 35 minutes check with a clean toothpick to see if it comes out clean and dry then the cake is ready.
- Let the cake cool completely before taking it out.
