INGREDIENTS

  • Poha – 1.5 cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Onions – 1 medium size
  • Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies – 1-2
  • Roasted peanuts – 1/4 cup
  • Leamon juice – 1tbsp
  • Coriander
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS FOR POHA RECIPE:

Wash and rinse the poha nicely until they are soft. Drain the water well as if any water left in poha then they will became excess soft.

Heat some oil in a deepened pan and roast some peanuts in it. Once the peanuts are roasted keep them aside in different bowl. Now add some more oil in same pan and let it get hot then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and finely chopped onions in it. Sauté onions for some time until they turn golden brown.

Now add rinsed poha, turmeric and salt in it and mix it well. Mix them gently and cook them further for 2-3 minutes. Once they poha became yellow in color then turn off the flame. Now add roasted peanuts and lemon juice in it and garnish it with some freshly chopped green coriander.

Your tasty and healthy poha is ready to serve and enjoy……
