INGREDIENTS red sauce pasta

  • Pasta
  • Tomatoes – 4-5
  • Onion – 2
  • Garlic cloves – 6-7
  • Cashews – 15-20
  • Dried red chili
  • Salt for taste
  • Oil
  • Kashmiri chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Oregano
  • Chili flakes
  • Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • Sweet corn – 2 tbsp
  • Carrot – 1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Fresh cream (main ingredient)

DIREC TIONS:

We will place pasta in boiling water along with pinch of salt and oil. Cook pasta in water until its soft then turn off the flame. Rinse and drain the water from pasta and keep it aside until its needed. Make sure to place the boiled pasta in sieve (strainer) so that excess water will be strained.

Now put some oil in pan to heat. Then dried red chilies in the oil now its time to add roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, cloves in that pan. Give them a good stir then add cashews and salt. Cover it and cook it for some time on low flame.

Now put the pan ingredients into grinder and grind them well. Make a thick smooth paste of the ingredients. Now again heat some oil in a pan and add Kashmiri chili powder, capsicum, carrots and sweet corn in that pan. Cook the vegetables nicely then add oregano and chili flakes in it; cook them well. Now its time to add grinded sauce in the pan along with some tomato ketchup and fresh cream in it. Stir it and cook the gravy well for 2-3 minutes then add boiled pasta in it. Give it a good mix. Fresh cream is a key ingredient it will give good taste to pasta.

Pasta is ready to be served and enjoy.
