Tasty street style egg fry at home. Best for dinner. Healthy egg recipe for gym going people. Must have; easy and quick to make.. Best recipe for weight gain.. unique and different recipe you will start loving eggs. Its not that boring simple style egg recipe but its addictive. Enrich in protein and nutrients.
Ingredients for egg fry:
- Eggs – 5/4
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Butter/Oil – 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chilli flakes
- Black pepper
- Chat masala
For chutney
- Coriander – 100gm
- Garlic cloves – 6-7
- Green chilies – 3-4
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – 1/4 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp

Directions for egg fry:
First cut all the boiled eggs in half. Now take onion rings from that onions. Its time to add butter or oil in a pan and let it heat for some time.
Now add half cut eggs in the pan and fry until they are crispy golden brown from each side. Keep flipping the eggs one by one so that it don’t stuck to the pan.
Now its time to add salt into the eggs along with chili flakes, black pepper and chat masala. Then add onion rings to it and nicely sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
TIME TO MAKE GREEN CHUTNEY
For green chutney we will add coriander, green chili, garlic cloves, salt, sugar, and lemon in a grinder jar. Grind it well and make a thick paste type texture of the chutney.
Now we will add this green chantey on sauté eggs and toss them together for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Its ready too be server and enjoy..
