INGREDIENTS

  • Butter – 1cup
  • Grinded sugar/ sugar powder – 1cup
  • Light brown sugar – 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence – 2tsp
  • Eggs – 2large
  • All purpose flour – 3 cups
  • Baking soda – 1 tsp
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Chocochip – 2 cups

DIRECTIONS FOR CHOCO CHIP COOKIES

Firstly preheat the oven to 375 F. Now its time to line baking sheets with parchment papers to prevent cookies to stick to the surface.

Now take a big deep bowl and add all purpose flour in it; along with other dry ingredients like baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Wisk them properly and then keep dry ingredient mixture aside. Take another bowl put some melted butter in it along with powdered sugar mix until they are combined nicely. Make sure to make a creamy texture.

Crack open the eggs in creamy butter bowl and vanilla essence. Beat the eggs until light. In this bowl now mix all the other dry ingredients which we kept aside. Mix them until all the wet and dry ingredients are combined nicely. Its time to stir chocochips into the batter and mix them.

Roll 2-3 tbsp of dough in one ball and make other balls with same method as well. place these balls on the baking sheets. Bake the balls for hardly 8-09 minutes and make sure the edges are just golden in color.

Let them get cool for sometime maximum for 5 minutes before transferring into jar or a air tight container.
