Must try delicious paneer butter masala recipe. easy to cook and mind blowing recipe. Paneer butter masala is bit different from paneer lababdar.

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer – 300 gram
  • Kashmiri chilli
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil & Butter

FOR GRAVY:

  • Tomato – 3-4
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green chili
  • Soaked cashews
  • Kashmiri chilli – 1 tbsp
  • Oil & Butter
  • Chopped onions – 2 medium sized
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander powder
  • Water as required
  • Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi
  • Garam masala – 1/2tsp
  • Butter and coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS FOR PANEER BUTTER MASALA:

Marinate panner cubes with Kashmiri chili powder, salt. Mix it and let it marinate for minimum 10 minutes.

For gravy/ masala put some roughly chopped tomatoes in a blender. Along with ginger, garlic, green chili, soaked cashews/ kaju and Kashmiri chili powder. Blend everything nicely and make a thick puree of this.

Now take a pan and heat some oil along with some butter in it. Once its hot put marinated paneer cubes in it and fry it until they are golden in color and keep them aside in a bowl. Put some more butter in left over oil of the pan add chopped onions in it. Cook until they are golden in color. Now add the previously made puree in it. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and some Kashmiri chili powder. Mix all of them and let it cook for 10 minutes. Once the oil is separated add some water in it and let it get a boil.

Once the boil came add fried paneer cubes, fresh cream, and kasuri methi. Mix them and let them cook for further 3 minutes. Lastly add some butter and chopped green coriander in it now turn of the flame.

Serve it hot and enjoy it with naan…
