  • Raw chicken pieces – 500g
  • Onions – 2
  • Tomatoes – 2
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
  • Green chilies
  • Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS FOR CHICKEN CURRY:

First step is to wash and finely chop pealed onions and then make puree of tomatoes.

Now ion a pan add 4-5 tbsp oil and heat it. Its time to add ginger garlic paste along with chopped onions and cook then until the onions turn into golden brown color. When its done then add tomato puree in it and we will let it cook until the oil is separated. Cook it on low flame to enhance the flavor.

Once you separate the oil, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt as per your taste. Mix them well and cook it for further 3-5 minutes more.

Now add washed and rinsed chicken pieces it can we boneless or with bones. Add sliced green chilies in it along with some water and cook them well. Make sure that the chicken pieces are soft enough to eat with naan or rice but not too soft that is get dissolved or mixed with the curry.

Keep the gas on low flame. When the chicken pieces are soft and curry is thickened turn off the flame. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves or fresh cream.

Your delicious chicken curry is ready to serve. Serve them with rice or naan as you prefer. This recipe is perfect for non veg lovers.
