Easy and quick amla muraba recipe. you can eat this muraba in any season. Very healthy and effective recipe. Its super easy to make. Instead of buying from market you must try this recipe. Its not too complex and with excess steps but it is simple and sorted recipe. This recipe is good for hairs and health you can have one amla in morning for good results but you need to be constant for more effective results.
Ingredients
- Amla – 500 gram
- Mishri – 300 gram
- Fennel – 1tbsp
- Black pepper powder
- Black salt
- White salt

Directions for amla muraba
- Remove all the dirt from amlas. wash the amlas and dry them properly with a clean dry towel.
- Make holes on amlas with help of fork and place them in hot water for boiling.
- Keep amlas in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. You can also steam the amlas instead of boiling for 10 minutes.
- Strain the amlas from water and keep them aside.
- Now take grinded mishri or Gur if you are making muraba in winters.
- Grinde mishri along with saunf/fennel.
- Once amlas are cool. Transfer then into kadhai along with grinded mishri and saunf.
- Pour some water in that kadhai and put it on low flame.
- Cover the kadhain until the amlas are cooked properly.
- Also stir then after every 2 minutes. once the sugar syrup is made (ik tarr ki chashni) turn off the flame.
- Now add black pepper, white salt, black salt in the amla kadhai and mix them well.
- Now keep the kadhai aside to cool down. Then tranfer the amla muraba in air tight glass container.
- Enjoy your home made amla muraba.
Store this in glass jar or plastic container. Make sure that container is air tight. In summers make sure to store it in refrigerator.
