Healthy and tasty recipe of hara bhara kabab…… easy and quick recipe. This hara bhara kabab is a best snack time recipe. it can be enjoyed with tea or coffee. You can accompany this with spicy red chutney or tandoori mayo. With these dips kababs will give you tangy flavorful taste that you will love. Given recipe quantity is best 4-5 serving. You can increase or decrease the quantity according to your gathering.
INGREDIENTS
- Boiled potatoes – 3-4 medium sized
- Boiled green peas – 3/4 cup
- Spinach – 100 gram
- Chopped green chillies – 1 tbsp
- Chopped green coriander – 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
- Chat masala – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Oil – for frying

DIRECTIONS FOR HARA BHARA KABAB:
- Peel and mash boiled potatoes along with boiled green peas.
- Put some salt in boiling water and add some spinach leaves in it. Put it in for long time and now take the spinach and put it in cold water for some time; squeeze it and chop it finely.
- Mix the mashed potatoes, peas and spinach together. Add chopped green coriander, green chili, ginger, chat masala and salt. Add some corn flour to make dough tight.
- Divide the prepared dough into 10-12 equal parts. Make balls and press them between the palms and make a kabab in a flat round shape.
- Heat the oil in a pan. put the kabab in hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until they are crispy.
- Your taste snack is ready. serve them hot with your favorite sauce.
TIP: Kababs can also be fried on a pan in less oil. do not use food color in this dough. You can increase the amount of spinach to bring a dark green color. In this situation; increase the amount of corn flour as well…
