INGREDIENTS
- Oil
- Cardamom – 1-2
- Black pepper – 5-6
- Zeera – 1tsp
- Cloves – 2-3
- Bay leaves – 2
- Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Onions – 2 medium
- Green chili – 2-3
- Tomatoes – 2 medium
- Salt for taste
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
- Dhaniya powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Zeera powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Water
- Peas – 1/2 cup
- Eggs – 4-5
- Rice – 1 cup

DIRECTIONS TO MAKE EGG BIRYANI:
Put some oil in cooker then add put whole spices like Cardamom, black pepper, jeera, cloves, bay leaf along with ginger paste. Stir them well before adding sliced onions, chopped green chilies cook them well until the onions became golden transparent in color. Keep on stirring. Then add garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes. Stir them and add some salt to soften the tomatoes. Cook 2-3 minutes before adding powdered spices like turmeric powder, red chili, garam masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder in it and mix them well.
Cook the spices nicely then add some water in it and let the water dry completely. Now add frozen peas and mix them. Time to add boiled eggs its your wish if you want to put them after cutting or without cutting. Then add soaked rice and water in 1:2 ratio.
Cover the cooker and cook the rice proper. Make sure to open the cooker after 2-3v whistles. After opening the cooker mix the rice again very well. Serve them hot in a plate along with curd and sliced onions and cucumbers.
