Easy and spicy non time consuming 20 minutes egg curry. Super spicy and quick egg recipe.. Egg curry is rich in protein, contain many vitamins and minerals, this recipe have many health benefits. There are many ways to make eggs but this is one of the best recipe with eggs.
INGREDIENTS
- Eggs – 9
- Oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Zeera – 1 tsp
- Cloves – 2
- Cardamom – 2
- Bay leaves – 1
- Cinnamon stick – 2 small
- Onions – 2 medium sized
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Tomato puree – 1 cup
- Cashews – 8-10
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Green chili – 1
- Salt – 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri chili – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Cream – 3-4 tbsp
- Green coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS FOR EGG CURRY:
Boil the eggs and peel them. Now heat some oil in pan and fry the eggs until they have a coating of golden color.
Now again heat some oil in pan and add zeera, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom in the oil along with ginger garlic paste. Mix them well then add all the powders (Kashmiri chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, black pepper and salt ) and cook them. Add tomato puree in it and cook until the oil is separated.
Now fry some chopped onions until they sound crispy. Now grind fried onions, curd, cashews, and green chili. make a fine paste of these ingredients. Add this paste into the tomato puree pan. Further cook them until the oil is separated and mixed well.
Now add water in that pan after that add fried eggs. Cover and cook it for 5 minutes more. Once the gravy is bit thick garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves, sliced green chilies and cream.
You tasty egg curry is ready. Serve it hot and enjoy….
